One of Germany’s quality problems is the „fool’s apostrophe,“ which is a thorn in the side of many, but now supposed to be correct in certain contexts. So far, so boring.

In fact, according to traditional orthography, if the owner was called Andreas, then the place’s name would have been spelled „Ardreas’ Bar.“ That’s right, with an apostrophe after the s.
